My Copyright  letter for Jhene Aiko's 'comfort inn ending'

In order to avoid any legal issues, I have been requested to ask for permission from the legal owners of the video and the song itself to use for my coursework, here is the letter below:

Dear Copyright Holder,

I am currently an A level student studying Media and I am writing this letter to ask for your permission to use your song (Comfort Inn Ending by Jhene Aiko)  for my music video recreation task which I will be working on  for my practical work assignment. 

I can assure you that the music video will only be shown to my Media Studies class, my teacher and the OCR exam board. Your company and the artist herself will have an opportunity to view the final video if you wish.

If possible, could you please send me a written copyright notice to be included in my coursework portfolio?
