                         Boy 1 : Luke
                         Boy 2 : Luke's friend
                         Camera person : Kristal

Shooting schedule
My group and I decided to shoot our film in Kennington park due to the fact that it was central and easily accessible for everyone and had the correct facilities ( e.g. a swing and various other forms of child entertainment ) to shoot a film based around children.
We planned to have the shooting completed within the space of 2 consecutive weekends however this did not happen due to factors such as bad weather ( we could not film during windy or wet weather due to the fact that the picture and sound would be unclear as well as the fact that we would damage the schools filming equipment), prior commitments ( one of the members of the group had already made plans to attend a family event and general miscommunication this meant that the process of recording took a lot longer than we had initially hoped and as a consequence, we had very little time to re-film any scenes that had to be re-shot for any reason and that was very risky because we had to do it regardless of the weather conditions so if it was raining heavily, the new scenes would not match the previously shot ones

Setting : An abandoned park    Location: Kennington park

Scene: 1
We have chosen this scene because it is very significant because it includes all of the main characters so it allows the viewers to understand and get to know the characters as early as possible.
In this scene, we will show the main protagonists breaking into an abandoned park late at night to film an amateur movie the characters will be casually speaking amongst themselves and natural lighting will be used to make the setting seem more realistic which will add a great deal of effect to our movie. We plan to introduce this scene with a longshot so the viewers can really take in the setting and surrounding area.
Because we want this scene to seem as real as possible we are planning to have a handheld camera and various point of view shots within the scene which will enable the audience to feel as if they themselves are actually in the characters position.

Extra's :  Ana
Costume: Mascara ( for the infant girl ) , Long white dress ( worn by the infant girl ) Mobile phone
Main shot type : longshot
Camera movement: Tilt

Scene 2
This scene will show the two protagonists walking  across the park floor and eventually stopping to play on a childrens ride in this scene, the female takes the boys phone and begins to record him spinning this conforms to the idea that women are playful and whilst she continues to record ,  the boy shrieks which subverts the idea that males are extremely 'manly' individuals who always take the lead we did this to blur the lines between the modern day male and female.
we plan to use a handheld camera whilst filming filming the majority of the scene in order to add a sense of realism to the production whilst allowing the audience to feel as if they are an active  part of  the movie before the drama unfolds.

scene 3
In this scene we continue with the handheld camera idea because this is when the female protagonist claims to hear a suspect noise from behind the bushes which conforms to the idea that females are 'jumpy' and perhaps slightly 'vulnerable' and asks the male - who is normally the dominant leader to go and investigate whilst he does this, the female proceeds to continue to shoot the home-made video and make adjustments to her appearance which conforms to the female stereotype that states that females are extremely image conscious.
The film then begins to show signs of a very traditional, cliché horror movie where a character ( most commonly the female) goes missing leaving the other character in an extremely  precarious situation because they are fully aware of the fact that someone/something is around but they have no idea regarding their exact location this causes bot emotional and physical anguish which can be picked up by the audience from the characters and when used with the handheld camera from a point of view angle, has the ability to make the audience feel that they themselves are next in line to be assaulted.

Class and teacher feedback film pitch
Overall , Fernanda, Kristal and myself felt that we received was generally positive and the feedback that we received from both our peers and Miss Hiltunen was very constructive and we plan to incorporate the suggestions that we received into our horror film opening .
Some of our peers felt that our animatic was ' too short' due to the fact that we edited and cut down our visuals to add effect we can rectify this by extending the length of our shot to fill the specific time requirement.
Many also felt that they would have liked to have seen more of a 'variety ' of shot types we can again easily rectify this problem by slightly altering the pictures used when filming our actual opening.
As well as this, many said that we revealed slightly too much of our story in the animatic and it reduced the overall build up to the film and the overall plot was revealed much too early and a great deal interest was lost within the first few scenes if this happened within our actual recording, we would have no real story to continue because the whole plot would have been condensed into a few brief moments
in Order to respond to the feedback given, we will try and extend certain significant scenes as well as perhaps re-shooting various scenes in order to increase the variety of shot types within the film itself in order to allow us to have the ability to gain more marks.
